Registered dietitians hold clinical qualifications and can diagnose and treat medical nutrition conditions. We offer educational guidance and coaching on eating habits. Both play different roles in wellbeing.

We can explore how to apply flexible principles within your restrictions. However, for allergies or medical conditions, your primary guidance should come from your doctor or a registered dietitian.

Our standard programmes range from 6 to 12 weeks. Some people continue beyond, and others find their initial programme sufficient. We support your individual timeline.
